　利用する子ども達は、いつも元気にクラブへ来るとは限りません。小学校で友達とけんかしてしまったり、先生に怒られて悲しくなったり、宿題を忘れてしまったり、、、日々激動の毎日を子供たちは送っているのです。
　そんな日常の放課後に、子ども達はなかよしキッズクラブへ訪れます。私たちは、一人ひとりの様子を観察し、適切な言葉をかけ勇気づけ、褒め続けます。

The repetitive daily routine is an environment where staff can easily have preconceived ideas and develop fixed ideas. By acting with a flexible mindset, each staff member can think about the future and act accordingly. We will continue to respect the values of each child and cherish the smiles of everyone.

Children grow every day, we never rest on our laurels and stop learning, and we know that continually improving the quality of our staff is crucial to the success of your child.

​なかよしキッズクラブの特徴
What is unique about Nakayoshi Kids Club?
One of the things Nakayoshi Kids Club is particular about is its pick-up and drop-off service. In addition to taking children to and from lessons, we can also take them home. This is a welcome support for parents who are late and can't seem to pick up their children.
We provide the necessary support in the amount needed. We focus on providing support according to the actual situation.
What's the atmosphere like at work?
Each staff member is treated kindly and courteously, and we have formed a good staff group. All staff members work together to carefully grasp each situation and provide appropriate support. In order to bring smiles to children's faces, each staff member must be smiling. We will create an environment where staff members can work with a smile.
休日や残業はどうなっていますか？
We have implemented a flexible work schedule system, and our 110 days off per year are managed on a monthly basis. Although this depends on the shifts, you can generally take leave every Sunday and on national holidays, as well as during the Obon holidays and the New Year's holidays.
Overtime hours are expected to be 0-5 hours per month. We strive to improve the life-work balance of our employees.
What is your career path?
To meet the needs of employees who want to advance in their careers, we have clearly outlined career paths from leader to supervisor, assistant manager, and store manager, as well as the skills they need to acquire in order to advance to the next level.
In addition, in response to requests from unqualified staff members who wish to obtain qualifications as an after-school child support worker, we have set up a program to support them in obtaining qualifications as an after-school child support worker.
